Drunken Pig (aka Whiskey Ham)

We have reviewed thousands of recipes, but we have rarely come across these directions: “Drink the reserved shot of whiskey.” And that was what the cook is supposed to do first!

For Easter, we wanted to grill the ham to take advantage of the warm spring here as well as free up the oven for side dishes. This recipe comes from the GroupRecipes website. Here is the link. All the reviewers raved about the results, and we agree. Here is a picture of our ham.
