We made this drink to toast in the new year. The source is Weight Watchers Magazine, the November/December 2010 issue, but there does appear to a website link. The article shows the drink served in what appears to be a Tom Collins glass, but we served the beverage in champagne flutes. The presentation is great and the drink is excellent.
2 (750-ml) bottles chilled sparkling white wine or champagne
1 (750-ml) bottle nonalcoholic sparkling apple cider
3 cups chilled mango nectar
juice of 1 lime
raspberries for garnish
Divide the sparkling white wine or champagne evenly among 12 champagne flutes. Top evenly with sparkling apple cider, mango nectar and lime juice. Garnish with a single raspberry in each flute.
