Here is a fabulous salad. We cannot recommend this too highly. Pomegranate seeds are always good, and pomegranates are in season now. This recipe is from Elizabeth Karmel in her book Taming the Fire. The link here is from her presentation on the Today show in 2005. This also allows us to use our new favorite spice, the north African grains of paradise. Now this spice may be tough to find; even Penzeys does not carry it. Here’s where we got it locally.
