Thanksgiving 2010 Wine Pairings

Cooking Light is out with their recommendations for wine pairings. They recommend Cavit Pinot Grigio or Riesling with your turkey. They suggest Lunetta Prosecco, a sparkling wine for party or appetizer pairings. Cavit is an Italian company which imports directly into the United States.

There is also a suggestion from Kendall Jackson that a host plan on a half bottle of wine per person for a two-hour party. Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay are considered for good Thanksgiving pairings.
